Business Analyst and Requirements Engineer with 9+ years of experience, mostly in regulated, high-criticality environments: ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency), Petrobras, and SEFAZ-PB (Paraíba State Treasury). MSc student in Computer Science (UFPB), researching LLMs applied to Requirements Engineering.
I apply GenAI and LLMs as working tools, not buzzwords: accelerating regulatory analysis, generating test scenarios, validating consistency between rules, screens, and integrations — plus LLM evaluation in international projects (Turing, Outlier AI).

Requirements engineering for a portfolio of 50+ critical public health regulatory systems, including discovery for the SNCR (National Prescription Control System). User stories with BDD/UAT, Scrum backlog, UX prototypes, REST API contracts, and hands-on GenAI in an LGPD-compliant environment.
Senior-level SxS evaluation of LLM responses, structured fact-checking, and RLHF-related annotation in international projects. At LIFEE, built conversational chatbots (Typebot + ChatGPT API), cutting out-of-context responses and raising first-contact resolution.
On SIGITEC (Petrobras): elicitation, refined user stories, backlog prioritization, and documentation with function point estimates. At SEFAZ-PB: BPMN (Bizagi), Scrum, Jira, and Kanban modernizing tax workflows — directly supporting increased public revenue collection.
Nomus ERP implementation with process mapping (BPMN, SIPOC, Ishikawa) and Power BI dashboards, increasing productivity and reducing operational waste.

ANVISA (Brazil health regulator) · via SPASSU
Deliverable: 52 prototyped screens (Pencil) + user stories
System that centralizes control of prescriptions under health surveillance in Brazil. I worked on the conception and detailing of requirements for the full lifecycle of controlled-prescription numbering: generation, distribution between health agencies, assignment to prescribers and institutions, pharmacy dispensing, cancellation, and monitoring, with end-to-end traceability.
Petrobras (CENPES) · via Minsait / Indra
Deliverable: 183 prototyped screens (Pencil) + user stories
Module supporting Petrobras in managing R&D&I opportunities and selecting technology partners. I documented the full flow, from opportunity creation by the technical area to winning-proposal selection, aligned with regulatory R&D&I investment obligations.
Other contexts
Context. Paraíba State Treasury (via Minsait/Indra). Modernization of tax systems and the need to organize taxpayer service.
Action. Requirements engineering for the tax systems and design of an appointment-scheduling system (locations, services, profiles, dashboards), with BPMN/Bizagi process mapping.
Context. State education project in Paraíba: 365 schools to equip and maintain, plus support for ECOS's 3 offices. I grew from Requirements Analyst to IT Coordinator.
Action. Coordination of field teams installing software and hardware in schools, configuration of service dashboards, process mapping, help-desk (service desk) rollout, and requirements work.
Context. A packaging (box) manufacturer needed to move from scattered controls to a single ERP covering the operation end to end.
Action. Requirements gathering, full process mapping (inventory, production, finance, accounts payable and receivable), data migration, and rollout of the Nomus ERP, with user training.
Context. Educational products needed reliable, always-available automated service.
Action. Chatbots with Typebot + n8n + ChatGPT API: use cases, business rules, automated flows, and iterative behavior tuning, attentive to the educational context.
Context. High volume of regulations and business rules to validate against screens and integrations in regulatory systems.
Action. LLM workflows to accelerate regulatory analysis, generate test scenarios, and cross-check consistency between rules, screens, and integrations — with guardrails and human review.
Context. Global AI training platforms (Turing, Outlier AI) require rigorous, reproducible evaluation of model responses.
Action. SxS evaluations with completeness, prompt-adherence, and consistency criteria; fact-checking with evidence validation; error-pattern documentation for RLHF.
